Apprenticeships
We have been involved with the ground workers apprenticeship scheme for over five years. Since we were first involved, the scheme has significantly evolved. Our involvement began alongside Anglian Water Services, where the apprenticeship scheme was aimed at giving young people an opportunity to join the industry with opportunities in many different disciplines. Today, the content of the course has progressed significantly, by introducing them to further skills as well as potential future workplaces.
