150 Mile Charity Bike Ride for WaterAid
Luke Allen & Tom Dougan from the Commercial Team completed the Water Aid Cycling Challenge on the 13th & 14th September.
On day one they cycled from Enterprise house in Lincoln to Pitsford Reservoir Northamptonshire covering 105 miles and gaining 4670ft in elevation.
On day two they cycled from Pitsford Reservoir to Rutland Water covering 47.5 miles and gaining another 3163ft in elevation. They mostly did it for personal achievement and fun but also to raise money for the Water Aid charity. The money raised was a grand total of £622.50 which is great amount to raise.
A big well done to Luke and Tom for completing the ride and a special thank you to Dan Wordsworth for travelling in convoy on the Friday night to ensure the guys got to the race in time and had a car to come home in at the end.
